Exeron High-speed CNC Machine was Arrived at Bluestar’s Factory in July

Following the 3 new high-speed CNC machine arrived at Bluestar’s factory, our company purchased a new FCS multi-component injection molding machine (700R) and the new Exeron high-speed CNC machine this month.

All the machine we purchased and all the work we did in order to meet the growing number of customers and the new orders this year. We are pleasured to provided more professional, mechanization and scale services for them. We do believe that we will have a better connection between our customers in the future.

Knowledge for the machines

1.FCS Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine (700R), which applying multiple protection devices. Enlarged skates and adjustable screws help guide the moving platen and ensure the mold position to be precise , to protect the molds.
2.Exeron Three-axis High-speed CNC Machine, was rotating speed reach to 42000 RPM, and it could process 550*400mm workpiece of different parts, which is mainly work for the high precise and high-gloss products with an accuracy of 0.005mm.
