Training of Factory Team Leader in Bluestar Technology on April 2017


From 15th to 16th April 2017, Bluestar Technology HR Department invited a lecturer Mr. Xiao Chenjun and organized a two-day “Capability Enhancement of Factory Grassroots Level Management”, which given a training session for the senior group leaders and monitors. This training focused on how to enhance the capacity of factory leaders, concentrated on the company culture construction (staff training and development) and company-wide quality control.



The form of this training was group PK, which tried to make the trainees enjoy and participate into the lessons and gain more during their deep communication. The supervisor of HR Mr. Lee, who organized this training said that, the success of the training encouraged the colleagues who participated in, and after that, HR Department will plan to organize several topic training within a season or a year, this sustainable and consolidated training pattern will help the trainees fully participate into, active the class atmosphere, eventually combine the knowledge learnt from the training with the real work. 

Company culture construction: Staff training and development 

Bluestar Technology insists employee-oriented, and concern about the development and upside potential space of grassroots level management, provide trainings as many as possible and support them. This training mainly concentrated on the leadership improvement of monitors and group leaders.


The grassroots level management’s comprehensive ability includes the ability of talent choosing, on-site management, mentality and pressure control, and efficient communication etc.. In class, the lecturer led all the participants to discuss and analyze the relevant cases and problems what we may meet during the actual work, and showed a logical way to solve such situation.

What gave the participants a deep understanding was the thinking of the leadership. It is a foundation of Bluestar Technology, the grassroots level management, which is an important part of our company, has to distinguish management and to be a leader. Each trainees will have the opportunity to get a promote to be a high senior management in the future, thus, the theory and practice of leadership is one of significant learning, not only that, high effective leadership can be reflected in each links.



Company-wide quality control: process and on-site management  

Both the company and the managers themselves will encounter the management and quality control issues. In response to this situation, the lecturer put forward that the self-management, team management and target management during the training, complemented the awareness of the management knowledge to the trainees, which try to help them care about all the colleagues and for each project, they can plan and find a right method to reach targets with related progress in the future.


All the reality and details which appeared in the actual work has been consider as a case in the training and been put out to discuss, such as, how to deal with a problem timely, the interaction and communication between peer colleagues, subordinates and superior, which can be a good demonstration for solving such kind of problems.

In this training, the professional lecturers created an enough express space and relaxed atmosphere for the trainees in a way that can make everyone interact to each other. All of the staffs involved themselves actively, earnestly study, and ask and answer questions bravely, had a good interaction.




Here are some reflections of the participants as following:


Xiaofei Gong: I think this training is quite useful for me, the lecturer sensed my hesitation and encouraged me to express my real problem what I need to face in my work, meanwhile, I like the atmosphere of the class.

Liangzhen He: Today, we proposed the issues that how to arrange project process, which is very helpful for me. I do hope our company can offer more training like this in the future.

Shirong Ding: Sometime I do not know how to communicate with my superiors, now I understand the importance of communication method through this training, that can help me overcome my fear of communication problem.



Since Bluestar Technology’s top management have the awareness of the difficulties of training in manufacture industry, we pay attention to the training like this. With the growing of the company, we need a lot of excellent talent, and of course, employees who promote with our company are even more important. At present, there will be more and more training sessions for the grassroots cadres. HR department will complete the training system and focus on cultivate a professional and dedicated management team.
